Building Use First
Layout, access, doors, traffic flow, and functional use should drive the building design from the beginning.
Project Portfolio
Explore representative steel building projects that reflect practical design thinking, structural strategy, and real-world building performance. From commercial and industrial facilities to storage and shop applications, these examples highlight experience shaped by function, efficiency, and constructability.
Project experience shown includes buildings and systems NovaRise Steel principals helped design, develop, or deliver through prior roles and industry experience before the founding of NovaRise Steel. Projects are shown for representative portfolio purposes.
Project ownership, construction execution, and associated trademarks remain with their respective owners.

Featured Project
Osseo, Minnesota
459 Unit Climate-Controlled Storage Facility
A large-scale hybrid steel building system designed for a climate-controlled self-storage development. The facility combines cold-formed storage buildings with a structural I-beam center building that houses elevator shafts and rooftop HVAC systems.
Projects shown reflect real-world steel building systems and developments that NovaRise Steel principals were directly involved in designing, developing, or delivering through prior roles before the founding of NovaRise Steel.
These projects are presented for portfolio purposes only. Project ownership, construction execution, and associated trademarks remain with their respective companies and owners.
NovaRise Steel approaches each building with attention to structural logic, practical use, and long-term performance. The work shown in this portfolio reflects experience with real project constraints including building function, framing strategy, access requirements, equipment needs, and cost-conscious system planning.
Layout, access, doors, traffic flow, and functional use should drive the building design from the beginning.
Clear spans, framed openings, mixed systems, load paths, and cost efficiency all affect how a steel building should be planned.
Good projects balance engineering logic, owner goals, constructability, and a clean finished result in the field.
Additional NovaRise Steel projects and case studies will be published here as the portfolio continues to grow.
