It is not represented as autonomously interpreting drawings or prescribing structural, connection, torque, sequencing, lifting, temporary-stability, or safety instructions. The competent person, site safety plan, approved project documents, manufacturer, engineer of record, and authority having jurisdiction remain controlling authorities.

A responsible field system must know when not to answer. These conditions are product requirements, not optional disclaimers.
- The document revision cannot be proven current.
- Drawings, specifications, manufacturer instructions, or field conditions conflict.
- A connection, fastener, torque, weld, temporary-bracing, or stability requirement is missing or ambiguous.
- The requested action would modify, cut, drill, weld, heat, bend, substitute, or relocate structural material without approval.
- The question involves site-specific safety, means and methods, lifting, fall protection, weather, temporary stability, or competent-person authority.
- The user lacks authorization to access the project evidence or request the action.
